This is(yet another) new character.

The white haired guy is a feared delinquent who is very short. Not many people know of his height, and have only heard of the stories passed around by tough guys getting their butt handed to them by him. He goes around looking to convert a group of school baddies to good, honest students. Often times though, the school 'deadheads' will not listen to a shrimp(or any one for that matter) until he proves he is worthy to do so. So, he proves it to them with his fists. And BOY does he prove it.

One time, when he was in a particularly miserable mood he wiped out a whole ton of students, regardless of whether they were deadheads or not. He greatly regretted this later. (RAINBOWS ARE GOD'S PROMISE TO NEVER FLOOD THE EARTH COMPLETELY AGAIN, NOT GAY, ETC) He wears the rainbow armbands as a hobby and also to remind himself never to 'flood' a school again.

In this particular scene, he met up with a group of really cocky deadheads. They came to beat the infamous white haired guy to up their gang rank. The white guy was in a playful mood and went easy on them. Despite this, they were barely any trouble at all for him to defeat. He's laughing pretty hard because of that too.

The tan guy in the back is 6' 8". LOL he got totally pwned.
